Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Selio AI, operated by Nova Carpathians Creations S.R.L.

All purchases and billing are processed exclusively through the web dashboard at selio.dev. The desktop application does not handle payments.


Eligibility for Refund

72-Hour Technical Refund Window

We offer a 72-hour refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase, subject to the following conditions:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The Selio AI application does not function on your computer due to a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve.
  • You can provide video evidence (screen recording) demonstrating the technical malfunction.
  • You have contacted our support team at contact@greenlead.ro and allowed reasonable time (up to 48 hours) for us to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind about the subscription.
  • The issue relates to your internet connection, microphone hardware, or other factors outside of Selio AI.
  • The issue relates to the performance of third-party AI services (e.g., transcription speed, AI suggestion quality), as these depend on external providers.
  • You have used the Service extensively during the refund window (more than 10 call transcriptions processed).
  • The 72-hour window from your initial purchase has elapsed.

Renewal Refunds

For automatically renewed subscriptions:

  • If you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • We strongly recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date if you intend to cancel.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@greenlead.ro with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your account email]"
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your account email address.
    • Date of purchase.
    • A description of the technical issue.
    • Video evidence (screen recording) demonstrating the issue. You may upload the video to a file-sharing service and include the link.
  3. Allow processing time: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period after the 72-hour window.
  • Upgrades or downgrades between plans (the difference is non-refundable).
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases, if applicable.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account and loss of all data.

If a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed in our favor, you will be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback process.


European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless you have expressly consented to the performance of the service beginning immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. By subscribing to Selio AI and beginning to use the Service, you acknowledge this.
