Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Selio AI subscription and what happens to your account and data after cancellation.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Selio AI subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Web Dashboard (Recommended)
- Log in to your account at selio.dev.
- Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation email.
Option 2: Email
Send an email to contact@greenlead.ro with the subject line: "Cancel Subscription — [your account email]". We will process your request within 2 business days and send a confirmation.
What Happens After Cancellation
Continued access until end of billing period
Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. However, you will retain full access to Selio AI for the remainder of your current paid billing period.
For example, if you are on a monthly plan billed on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you will continue to have access until the end of that month.
After your billing period ends
When your paid period expires:
- Your account will be deactivated (you will no longer be able to log in to the desktop application).
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after deactivation, during which you can reactivate your subscription and recover all your data.
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Data export before cancellation
We recommend exporting your data before cancellation. Managers and administrators can export call data, insights, lead scores, and coaching notes in CSV or JSON format from the Application's dashboard.
Cancellation by Organization Administrators
If you are an organization administrator, canceling the subscription affects all users in your organization. Before canceling:
- Notify your team members.
- Export any data your team needs to retain.
- Ensure no critical follow-up emails or scheduled actions are pending.
Individual team members (agents) cannot cancel the organization subscription — only administrators and owners can do so.
Reactivation
Within 30 days
If you reactivate your subscription within 30 days of your billing period ending, all your data (call history, transcriptions, insights, documents, settings) will be fully restored.
After 30 days
If more than 30 days have passed since your billing period ended, your data will have been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You may create a new account and start fresh.
Auto-Renewal
Selio AI subscriptions auto-renew by default. If you do not wish to renew:
- Cancel at least 1 day before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before the renewal date to the account administrator.
- If you are charged due to an unintended renewal, refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
Account Deletion (Permanent)
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data immediately (without the 30-day retention window), you can request this by emailing contact@greenlead.ro with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — [your account email]".
Permanent deletion is irreversible. All data, including call transcriptions, insights, documents, and team data, will be removed and cannot be recovered.
